VACATION WORK PERMITS
Spring Break 2013 
“REGULAR” AND “WORK EXPERIENCE”
When school is in session, Hart District and OFL students submit completed work permit application  to the work permit office at their school sites. The form must be signed by employer and parent/guardian.
Private and home school students need additional documentation and may schedule an appointment by calling 661.259.0033 ext. 231.
It is not the intent of the District to jeopardize employment or delay employment starting dates for students. Please contact the Work Permit office at (661) 259-0033 ext. 231, if you need additional assistance.
Contact the Registrar at your school for Applications for Permission to Work in the Entertainment Industry. These forms are not completed at the District Office location.
Note: Private and home school students need a verification of enrollment/attendance letter from school to apply for a "regular" permit.
