Attn: 8th grade parents/guardians: We will be "performing" our annual 8th grade Ellis Island Simulation on Wednesday, May 27th during your child's history class. All students in 8th grade will participate on this day. We are in need of parent volunteers to help make this day a success. Further, parents have always enjoyed watching their child travel back in time and work their magic to get through processing at Ellis Island. If interested, please click HERE to sign up for Ellis Island . Thank you in advance. If you have any questions please contact email@example.com or your child's history teacher.
The Kona Ice truck will be here next Thursday, May 28th. If you or your student would like to purchase a sweet treat after school to benefit the Sierra Vista ASB, the truck will be parked on the Stillmore Street side. Thank you in advance for your support.
Attention 7th grade students and parents: If you didn't get a chance to attend the 2016 8th grade DC trip meeting, no need to worry. You can still sign up at www.usastudenttravel.com trip id #121524. Community Service Opportunity - Does your child need community service hours for Honor Society or other obligations? Is it time to clean out your shoe closets and get rid of those shoes that no longer fit? Students can earn community service hours by donating gently USED shoes. Please bring shoes to Ms. Kontis' room, 626, and she will give community service hours for your donation, five pair minimum required. Any type of gently used shoes will do. These shoes will be donated to help the homeless, and you will be helping your community.
