At  http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101467971033.aspx search for a complaint letter format.  Use that layout and write your own complaint letter about an experience you had a restaurant.  Make sure to describe what the problem was.
Make all of the letter  12 point font.

Make sure your name is in the “from” section. You may use the school address as your home address if you would like.
Use the real address of the business. If you need to make up a person's name at the business, that's okay!
The letter needs to be no more than one page.
Print and make sure to sign your name to the letter with a pen.
